The back story

let me start by telling my story in short I started to create content on Instagram in 2020 while I was in college on coding I was learning and creating content at the same time single post takes at least 3 to 4hrs to create

And I was doing good I grew my account to 15k followers in a year with a long break of content creation in between for 4 to 5 months because of college

My actual background is in mechanical engineering and without any practical knowledge I was not able to do well in exams and got a keen interest in programming I started with Python.

So how to avoid burnout?

As a solopreneur or creator, it's easy to get caught up in the hustle of building your business. it’s important to avoid burnout in order to maintain productivity I will share some that helped me stay productive.

So, it generally happens when you don’t reach certain goals may be financially or as a creator not reaching certain business goals is a valid point.

how to avoid those?

  1. Setting achievable goals

  2. Work out, learn martial arts, and get some work done with your body.

  3. avoid doing everything by yourself

  4. find people who are in your field so that they can motivate and encourage you to stay on track.

find tools that help you manage your time and try to outsource your work if possible.

Avoiding burnout is crucial as a solopreneur or a creator whatever field you are in do what you love and do it with a whole heart.
